Update

Guess it’s about time to write something.


The back yard is finally done. 







I am so happy with how everything turned out, especially since my neighbors are super jealous. Now I have to figure out what to do about plants. I do have all summer to work on that. I want to focus on hummingbird friendly flowers.

So far no sandworms have managed to resurface. Or mint.


I ordered a fake owl from Amazon.com. 

I am going to put it in my blueberry bush so that the stupid crows don’t eat all my blueberries again this year. Stupid crows.


What else…..


Still loving the new job. I just feel so lucky to be here. How on earth did I end up with a good boss, in a brand new building, that has FRESCA FLOWING FROM FOUNTAINS, is in the middle of the city, and is saving the world all at the same time?

Oh yeah, bopping over to Oahu for the long weekend. Mark does not want to be on the continent of North America for his college reunion, but actually we normally bop to Honolulu for Memorial Day anyway. Major focus will be having dinner at Nobu for Michelle’s birthday, then spa day at the Halekulani.
